A career across strategy, product and commercial leadership.
I started in strategy and business development, moved through product and market work, and eventually took on full commercial leadership across sales, marketing, RevOps, partnerships and growth.
My work is most useful when the company cannot solve the problem inside one function. A strong product can still be hard to sell consistently. A new market can require changes to positioning, proof, organization and sales motion at the same time. An apparently broken sales process can turn out to be an offer or market problem.
I have worked on those questions from several seats: strategy, product marketing, CMO, CCO and CRO. That breadth helps me diagnose the problem across functions instead of defaulting to a single commercial playbook.
I have operated in startups and global companies, in developer platforms, enterprise software, financial technology, simulation, consumer products and large-scale digital businesses.
